Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction
First and foremost, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply does not fit with your decor or space. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 1-3 days of delivery, a restocking fee of 20% will apply and a $50 collection fee will be charged if we are required to collect the item (mattresses, bedding and linens are excluded from the return policy). Returned items must be new, unassembled, unused and in the original packaging unless delivered and installed by our delivery team. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or store credit which will be valid for 6 months. The $50 collection fee will still apply.
You may cancel your order without charge within 3 days of the order date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled after this date. If the order is for a custom item, cancellation must be prior to production, if it is cancelled after it is in production a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you refuse delivery after we have received the items, please keep in mind that your purchase will then be subject to this Return Policy.
 
Returning a Purchase
• Please contact us and include your name, original order number, and what product(s) you are looking to return. Returns that have not been first authorized cannot be accepted.
• Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• It is important that we know when your return is expected.
• Please do not request a chargeback of your purchase from your credit card company while waiting for us to completely process your request. Refund processing involves several steps, some that we cannot control, so please be patient while awaiting the credit for the original purchase to appear on the card you used.
•  Unfortunately, if products have been assembled or modified, we cannot take them as returns. Also, restocking or repacking fees are charged by some manufacturers and warehouses to cover labor, paperwork and shipping carton replacement. Finally, certain products cannot be returned because our suppliers cannot take them back, such as those customized to your specifications.

Damaged & Missing Parts
If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us within 48 hours. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.
 If our product is assembled for you, make sure you closely inspect the product for any damage before the delivery people leave. Again, if there is a problem, write it down before the delivery crew leaves. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy. In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit.
 
Refund Exceptions
Merchandise not in like-new condition, as well as defaced, assembled or modified, abused, neglected, or similar merchandise, may not be accepted for return.  Mattresses, bedding and linens will not be accepted for return.  Other conditions that will prevent as item from being returned include, but are not limited to Smoke, Pet Hair, Stains due to food, drink, pets, bodily fluids, or any other substance.
 
Reduced Price Merchandise
Merchandise sold at a reduced price is sold “As-Is”.  This includes, but is not limited to, clearance and floor sample merchandise.  “As-Is” merchandise is excluded from this return and refund policy and no exchanges are allowed.
 
Limited Product Warranty
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original consumer purchaser.  Stevens Furniture Orlando LLC warrants that the purchased merchandise will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery or pickup.  The purchaser must give notice within 1 year of the warranty period by telephone at 352 404 8989, email to [email protected], or in writing to Stevens Furniture Orlando LLC, 16641 Cagan Crossings Blvd, Clermont, Florida. 34714. 
 
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Wear, fading or shrinkage of fabrics.
Damage due to alterations, misuse, abuse or accidents.
Damage or discoloration caused by light.
Natural variations in the color or graining of products.
Ridges or rough areas in wicker, marble and natural stone.
Mold, mildew, dirt or pilling.
Fading/oxidized paint or rust.
Imperfections, small cracks, and teak oil in new and reclaimed teak.
Damage due to wind, fire, rain, hurricane and other weather or climatological causes or natural disasters.
 
Failure to follow care instructions shall void the warranty.  Mattresses which are found to be otherwise damaged, abused, misused or unsanitary shall void the warranty.  Merchandise sold “As-Is” is not covered by the Limited Product Warranty, express or implied, as allowed by law.  If a product is not free from defect within the limited warranty period we will, at our option, repair or replace any non-conforming component(s) or merchandise.
 
Delivery
Stevens Furniture Orlando LLC offer free local delivery, set-up and removal of the old item you are replacing.  Express items shipped directly to the customer via a third-party carrier do not qualify for this service.  We will contact the customer to arrange a delivery date, if we arrive on the agreed date and no one is available to accept the delivery, then a failed delivery fee of $50 will be charged to cover the cost of returning later to complete the delivery.
 
Price Match Guarantee
Stevens Furniture Orlando LLC offer a price match guarantee.  We must be able to verify the price at the time of purchase on a like for like basis including any delivery costs.  We cannot match any prices after an order has been placed.
